Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum time commitment?
Hire Space 360 is purchased as an annual contract which renews each year, or can be cancelled by the client if they would like to cancel. Clients may cancel at any point during the first 45 days.
My events are all for 300 people, does that mean they won't be included in Hire Space 360 Lite?
Not at all - 250 of the guests will be completely free and you’ll just pay £2 per person to top up the extra 50. Remember, we only charge on the number of attendees who show up, so with drop-outs, you might end up paying nothing at all.
What kind of on-demand staff can you provide for events?
We can provide last minute or supplementary event staff for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Roles include, but aren’t limited to: event managers, live stream production managers, stewards, catering staff, registration desk staff, slide technicians, AV specialists, videographers, security, and safer event supervisors.
If most of our events are in-person, what are the benefits of Hire Space 360?
With Hire Space 360, all of your in-person events receive priority venue sourcing and consolidated digital contracting, streamlining much of the administrative parts of the planning process. You’ll also have the option to change to hybrid or virtual at short notice, and to pull from our workforce of on-demand event professionals at short notice should you need reinforcements for your live events.
