Hire Space 360 Benefits

With Hire Space 360, Moody's has subscribed to the following benefits:

  • global venue coverage
  • standardise and digitised all venue contracts and payment

Relationship Managers

As a Hire Space 360 or Hire Space 360 Lite client, you’ll benefit from having a Relationship Manager dedicated to your events, and be on-hand to help you shine in your role!

Your Relationship Manager is your Hire Space point of contact and the person who’ll be helping you create the best events.

They’ll be on-hand and available to you to assist with:

  • UK venue sourcing
  • International venue sourcing (HS 360 only)
  • Supplier sourcing - caterers, AV, entertainment, flights, accommodation & anything in between
  • Advice on using Arena for your Virtual Events
  • Contracting & paying for your events
  • Recommendations and problem solving

The Platform

Hire Space 360 can be used via an online platform at home.hirespace.com

Users with a palantir.com email address can join via an invitation link which is available in the Users section. This link can be provided by people with existing access or via your Relationship Manager.

Within the platform you can:

  • Make new event enquiries
  • Manage existing event enquiries
  • Invite and manage new users

More functionality is being added on a regular basis. If you have an idea or feature request then please send your request to ideas@hirespace.com.

Service Level Agreement

Hire Space commits to the highest levels of service for 360 clients.

We will always consult you to optimise the best time to present venue options back to you. The longer the time available, the more suitable venues we can include.

That said, we can commit to the following levels of service:

Close question What are your working hours?

Our working hours are 9am-6pm GMT Mon-Thursday. One Fridays our working hours are 9am-5pm GMT, and 9-3pm during daylight saving time (BST).

You can find the Hire Space 360 platform at home.hirespace.com, or via the login link at the top of this page. If you do not have log in details, please ask an administrator for the invitation link.

Close question I tried to verify my account but it didn't work

If you've signed up for your Hire Space 360 Portal Account and were sent a verification link, just click on that link in your email and it will verify your account. Then you can head to home.hirespace.com and log in with the credentials provided. There is a link in the top right of this window as well.
