Checking with venues and suppliers on availability, pricing and negotiating rates on your behalf. Then we’ll present them to you in a beautiful proposals tool, giving you all the information to share easily amongst your team and make decisions quickly.

    Expected Timelines: You can expect to receive your proposal within 1 day of submitting your brief for UK events, and on average 3 days for global events.

    We work with over 100,000 venues and suppliers globally and can help you find the perfect option for your event in a fraction of the time. We can leverage significant purchasing power from thousands of businesses around the work to ensure you get the best price.

    How it works:

    1. Submit an enquiry/brief
      You can submit a brief either directly on email with your Relationship Manager (beth.f@hirespace.com), through this form, or by searching directly on our site and enquiring at specific venues.
    2. Have a consultation call with your Relationship Manager, Beth French
      Your Relationship Manager will most likely give you a call at a time of your convenience to discuss the finer details of your event brief and objectives.
    3. Receive a Proposal
      Your Relationship Manager will then go away and pull together a range of options to suit your brief. Checking availability, getting quotes, negotiating rates and compiling everything into a beautiful digital proposal with all the information you need to share amongst your team and make decisions. They'll even highlight which of the options they think would be the best option for your needs and why.
    4. Arrange Site Visits (if required)
      Once you've made your shortlist selections, Beth French can make all the arrangements for site visits on a date and time that suits you.
    5. One Click Contracting
      When you're ready to book your venue or supplier, we've made it as simple as possible with our standardised contracts. Sign the same contract every time with just one click from your Hire Space 360 Portal.
    6. Consolidated Payments
      Rather than going through the process of onboarding all of your suppliers for payment, we can handle it all for you. We'll issue you the invoices as required and make the payments on your behalf.
